This article demonstrates how to use the LF Service Desk chatbot. The LF Service Desk chatbot provides Project and LF support, can answer your questions and allows you to create support tickets.
The first time you visit the LF HelpCenter, the Chatbot will open in the lower right corner of your browser tab. Follow the link to log in with your LF ID. This will allow you to open support tickets. Once you have authenticated, the chatbot can provide a personalized experience based on your company and project contributions.
You will be able to review Recent Messages and Tickets, Create new Tickets, engage with the Chatbot.
